Utah Argos land another big man in the trenches

Signing period is in full swing in Argos camp and today they inked another one. William Brimfield former starter of the University of Tennessee has signed to play the 2013 season with the team that everyone in the league is starting to take notice of very quickly.

Brimfield played his High School football at Hunter Kinard Tyler in Neeses, South Carolina. At Hunter seeing much success as an All Conference and All State Offensive Lineman from 2005 to 2007 and was also an Elite 8 of South Carolina in his senior year.

From Hunter he would go onto to play at the University of Tennessee where he would appear in 28 games from 2007 to 2010. The 6’ 6” 345 pound lineman would transfer to Northern Alabama Univeristy after a change at the Head Coaching position and change in philosophy. “I felt he needed to make a change” said Brimfield when asked to give his side of the events regarding the change in schools.
